解决perl的编译问题

安装imagick和ImageMagick（先装）
安装以上模块编译之前都需要进入到模块解压目录下执行

以下文字命令安装都是在nginx下安装的，apache的最后安装成功的存放路径不一样，是在

安装imagick php扩展插件
imagick插件工作需要ImageMagic软件支持，所以，必须先安装好ImageMagick
imagick插件是一个可以供php调用ImageMagick功能的扩展模块,使用这个扩展可以使PHP具备ImageMagick功能，使用imagick扩展才能使用ImageMagick的api来对图片进行操作
配置php.ini
